General Expectations

  • Suffolk Beachfront Holiday Park is a communal holiday and residential park — please be mindful of others.
  • The guest listed on the receipt or register is responsible for the conduct of all people in their group, including visitors.
  • Gatherings of more than 6 people on any one site are not permitted unless prior arrangements are made with Reception.
  • Please keep your site and any shared facilities you use clean and tidy.
  • Rubbish and recycling bins, wastewater drains and clothes drying areas are positioned throughout the park for your convenience.

Site Allocation and Usage

  • Site allocation is at the discretion of park management.
  • Site preferences are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Each site allows for one car and one camping setup (van, tent, or camper trailer), with at least 1 metre separation from the boundaries.
  • Consult the park map and speak with staff to ensure your setup fits your allocated site comfortably.
  • The park’s natural setting means sites vary in shape and size — we’ll help you find the best fit for your stay.
  • Only 15 amp leads are permitted for connecting to power outlets.

Vehicles, Speed & Safety

  • Visitors must park in the designated parking area beside the office.
  • The park speed limit is 10km/h — roughly a fast walking pace.
  • Pedestrians always have the right of way.
  • The use of skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, scooters, bicycles and ball games is at the discretion of park management.

Noise & Behaviour

  • Failure to comply with the following will result in immediate eviction with no refund and no warnings:
  • Anti-social behaviour towards other guests
  • Stealing from other guests
  • Abusive language or swearing
  • Undue noise or disruptive behaviour after 9:30pm
  • Excessive drinking of alcohol or use of illegal drugs
